We ship our wine Monday - Wednesday using UPS Ground Service during spring & summer months, unless special arrangements are made with our Tasting Room Manager. Our goal is to ensure that your wine travels and arrives safely, free from any damage caused by handling or temperature. Due to the effect of extreme heat on wine during the summer months, any wine purchased after June 15th may be held until September for shipping to protect the wine from damage. The same is true in times of extreme cold, so please contact the tasting room if the shipment is time-sensitive.
By placing an order for wine you acknowledge that you are at least 21 years of age and will sign for receipt upon delivery. The delivery driver cannot ship to any persons who are intoxicated. Other restrictions may apply due to state & federal laws.
If you receive a damaged shipment please contact us at 509.525.0608 and save your damaged bottles, as we may request for you to ship them back to us for quality control purposes.
